Transonic ReoCath Flow Catheter

Minimally Invasive Vascular Access Flow Measurement

Single-use ReoCath® Flow Catheters, using thermal dilution technology, work with the HVT100 Endovascular Flowmeter to measure intra-access flow. The Catheter is inserted through a 6F introducer. A 10 cc bolus injection of sterile saline produces a direct reading of access flow in mL/min for an on-the-spot assessment of the functionality of an AV fistula and graft. ReoCath Flow Catheters are offered in two configurations:

  • ADT1001 Antegrade Flow Catheter
Inserted into an AV access in the same direction as access flow; dilution thermistor distal to saline injection site. Length:35 cm.
  • ADT1002 Retrograde Flow Catheter
Inserted into an AV access in the opposite direction from access flow; dilution thermistor proximal to injection site. Length: 48 cm.
