Precision volume flow measurements for in vivo animal studies

A complete line of Perivascular Flowprobes for small and large vessel sizes

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Aug 14, 2024: We are pleased to announce that ADInstruments are now the exclusive global distributors (excluding Japan and Korea) of our leading transit-time flow measurement solutions for life science research. Learn more.

Researchers studying various physiological conditions which alter systemic blood flow and distribution such as exercise, aging, heart failure, hypertension, and circulatory compromise require accurate & repeatable measurements of cardiovascular function. Transonic® offers a complete suite of cardiovascular research solutions for both small and large animals for acute use and chronic implantation.

Transonic’s signature high-resolution ultrasonic transit-time technology can measure volume blood flows of < 1 mL/min in vessels as small as 0.3 mm in diameter as well as flows up to 200 L/min in 36 mm diameter vessels.
