Staying Safe: Verifying Communications from Transonic

Official Transonic communications are sent only from email addresses ending in @transonic.com

At Transonic, the security of our customers, distributors, vendors, and business partners is extremely important to us. We have recently become aware of fraudulent emails sent by individuals attempting to impersonate Transonic employees using look-alike internet domains.

Please remember that official Transonic communications are sent only from email addresses ending in @transonic.com. Transonic will never send business communications, payment requests, banking updates, invoice inquiries, or other official correspondence from a different domain. If you receive a message that appears to come from Transonic but uses any domain other than transonic.com, please treat it with caution and verify its authenticity before responding.

If you are ever unsure about an email, we encourage you to contact your usual Transonic representative by phone or through another trusted communication method. We also recommend that your IT team implement and monitor modern email authentication technologies such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to help verify legitimate Transonic messages and reduce the risk of email fraud. Thank you for your continued partnership and vigilance.
