PCI Vs. CABG
Brenner et al. of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation report results of their randomized clinical trials (6033 patients) of long-term survival rates after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or surgical multi vessel coronary revascularization (CABG) in the April 2004 issue of Circulation.  The study concludes that CABG was associated with better survival than PCI after adjustment for risk profile.
