PhysioGearI is a complete 1 or 2-channel Transonic Flowmeter with a temperature sensor channel in two small backpack pockets with a Bluetooth® communication link to a PC, and software.

Flow and temperature signals are telemetered from a pocket-size PhysioMeter with a rechargeable battery pack, to a remote computer for data collection while animals are free to move about without traditional wire signal transmission tethers. It’s suitable for dogs and larger animal models.

PhysioMeters work with all standard perivascular Transonic Flowprobes (sizes 1 - 36 mm) to measure direct volume flow from any vessel. New Titanium Skin Buttons (CB12) provide convenient connection to the PhysioMeter cable and optimal exit wound healing.

PhysioMeters are available as single flowmeters or dual flowmeters for simultaneous measurement from two vessels. Continuous, undisturbed measurements can be recorded for up to nine hours before battery recharge, or measurements can be scheduled for automatic periodic monitoring. All recorded data conforms to Transonic Systems’ high resolution quality which had made Transonic Flowmeters the Gold Standard requirements for Volume Flow Measurements in cardiovascular research.
